3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Course Access and License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access course materials for personal or authorized team use according to your plan.

5. Payments and Refunds

All fees are due at checkout. Refunds follow the policy outlined in our FAQ and are issued to the original payment method when applicable.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not share, resell, or publicly post course materials without permission.
• Do not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Respect others in forums and feedback channels.

7. Intellectual Property

Salescript Meridian owns or licenses all course content, trademarks, and site elements. You may not remove copyright notices or branding.

8. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is.” We do not warrant specific outcomes such as revenue gains or search rankings. You are responsible for compliance in your jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salescript Meridian will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any amount exceeding fees paid in the past 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted with a new version number and effective date.
